Alliance College Ready Public Schools

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is a non-profit, public charter school network, based in Los Angeles, CA. I’m currently staffed as the Marketing and Creative Manager for the Strategy and Innovation team. Aside from the digital and printed designs, I also lead the in-house sound and video production using both hardware and software equipment.

 Alliance’s Data Story 2024

Through our Data team and Communications team, I was able to create a long form infographic to show where funding is going amongst our 26 schools. This was also in commemoration of our 20-year anniversary, with our new rebrand in place. See 2023 Data Story with previous branding here for reference. Keeping ahead of the financial curve is what helps us stay fully staffed as a network. As one of our many goals being a community based organization, it’s important to maintain employee retention to ensure the best practices we’ve built as a network continue to flourish. This infographic gives context towards how Alliance continues to serve their staff compared to the LA Unified School District.
